District Heating - Service agreement
To a certain extent a heating system is a sensitive instrument that has to be preset and finely adjusted. You, as a customer, also want professional answers to your questions by knowledgeable and always up to date personnel. We work hard with quality control and use only high quality products, but in spite of this something can always happen. The day it does it seems like the warranty always expired the week before.
The answer to above is a Rindi Service Agreement. All of our installations come with a two year warranty, and when this time has passed we offer our customers the opportunity to sign a service agreement. The cost for the service agreement will be added to the regular district heating bill.
The Service agreement is available in three forms;
Customers using up to 50 MWh / year
Service agreement BASE HEAT
Available at all district heating centrals where the warranty time has passed (2 years after installation). This can even be applied when the agreement SAFE HEAT (i.e., after 10 years) has expired.
Agreement includes:
• Telephone support
• Preventive service visit, one time per year (weekdays 07.00-16.00 hours)
• Reasonable prices on material and labor at service visits (including control, repair, adjustments, etc.)
• On duty service at special prices
Base price SEK 75 / month
Service agreement SAFE HEAT?Available at district heating central installed by Rindi and not older than 10 years, and where the warranty time has expired (2 years after installation).
Agreement includes:
• Telephone support
• Preventive service visit, one time per year (weekdays 07.00-16.00 hours)
• Free service visit for problems with district heating facility (weekdays 07.00-16.00 hours)
• Free of cost material and labor for repair and adjustments (weekdays 07.00-16.00 hours)
• One free on duty visit per year, after that special price for visit.
Base price SEK 150 / month
Customers using over 50 MWh / year
Service agreement SAFE HEAT LARGE
Available at district heating central units installed by Rindi and not older than 10 years, and where the warranty time has expired (2 years after installation).
Agreement includes:
• Telephone support
• Preventive service visit, one time per year (weekdays 07.00 – 16.00 hours)
• Free service visit for problems with district heating facility (weekdays 07.00-16.00 hours)
• Free of cost material and labor for repair and adjustments (weekdays 07.00-16.00 hours)
• One free on duty visit per year, after that special price for visit (presently SEK 550/hour including VAT)
