About Rindi
Business idea
Rindi Energi AB shall be a competent, environmentally conscious partner in delivering biofuel based district heating and electricity. The company turns to smaller and middle sized municipalities in both Sweden and other countries with regard to building and operating facilities for delivery of on-demand heat, steam, and electricity.
Overall goals
The overall goal is focused on giving the stockholder in Rindi Energi AB a secure stock ownership and to ensure that the customers receive safe and reliable delivery of heat from the company heating facilities.
Financial goals
Continually growing cash flow shall be attained through a stable yearly profit increase in company operations. The goal is to increase both sales and profits by 25 percent a year based on “normal” climate conditions. The financial strength shall successively be increased to a long-term level of at least 25 percent. The projects the company participates in shall, after completion, return a minimum 10-12 percent on total invested capital. According to the company distribution policy, at least 25 percent of the company group’s yearly profit shall be made available for distribution to stockholders.
Strategy
In order to reach proposed goals Rindi Energi AB shall primarily grow organically. This does not preclude selective acquisitions of other facilities.
Environmental policy
Rindi Energi’s environmental work is the basis for the business idea. Through working actively with it we contribute to a better environment and a sustainable society, and we will be a forerunner in the environmental work compared to other businesses. The goal is to maximize replacement of fuels like oil, coal, and fossil gas with bio fuel. The aim is to participate in improving our climate through less dust and acidifying emissions. The work will be done in collaboration with our customers.

Rindi is located in ten smaller communities in the middle and south Sweden as wholly owned companies. In Sweden, Rindi has 70 employees, divided between three regions, with a central boiler in each location and regional overall administration.
